Sliders!!! Lower the number,. The better???

I'm so lost,..is lower the number the better the CPU is?? Or higher the number??? I ask cause I'm adjusting sliders that fits my playing style,..I was just reading a post that said fumbles 4, if CPU fumble to much rise is to 8 or 10.. So have I been going the wrong way this whole time????
Example!!!! Passing slider, 100 does that make CPU best passer or worse???
100 means what???
0 means what???

That was a ok read,..but I'm looking for what way to slide the Sliders to may CPU Better or Worse???? Like is 25% mean worse or does 100% mean worse or better????

They are not reversed. It says pass reaction TIME, as in the lower amount of time, the better. If you make reaction time sliders lower it means it will take the HUM/CPU less time to react to plays.
