Disc Unreadable?

Anyone been getting disc unreadable errors booting up 2K13? I've NEVER had this problem before with any game. It just started happening with my copy of 2K13. The error only pops up for now when I boot up 2K13 and I would have to remove and start the disc multiple times before it would start.

Don't leave the game in when you turn off the xbox. When you're done playing, take it out. Otherwise, when it starts back up with the disc already inside, it's gonna mess it up.

I did that. I just got the error while in the middle of my my player game. This is the only game that does it. My Borderland 2 runs fine.
