I havent got NBA 2k13 yet and am hoping when I do purchase it there is a simming engine in the franchise mode so I can jump into the 4th quarters of games

No there isn't unfortunately. I don't understand why they don't even though EA had been doing it since 05 or 06. This is the number one thing on my wishlist.
