Who was more athletic: Bo Jackson vs Deion Sanders

I was in a debate with my friend about who was the most athletic NFL football player, someone who can play just about any sport. He claimed it was Bo Jackson, however I thought Deion Sanders was more athletic. Deion is out of his prime, and I think even to this day he can jump on a team and still play.

So who do you think is the most athletic out of the two?

Deion was great, and if they both suited up tomorrow, I don't think anyone would take Bo over Deion.

But in their prime, Bo was unmatched. He outweighed Deion by nearly 30lbs, was faster, and the sheer power he had was incredible. In my mind, Bo was the greatest athlete ever.

Another to consider would be Barry Sanders. While he didnt quite have the sub 4.3 speed, the things he could do with his body on a football field defied physics.

Deion Sanders hit a home run and scored a touchdown in the same week. So there's that.

Bo Jackson hit home runs and scored touchdowns as well. Don't see what doing it in the same week proves. But that's just my opinion I suppose

Both superb athletes. But when you factor in how quick, fast and athletic he was with his size, has to be Bo Jackson.

I'd put Herschel Walker in this conversation. He might be the most athletic of them all.

I'd have to go with Bo. People as big as him aren't supposed to be allowed to move like he did.
