It happens every time I try to play. I was told to contact 2ksupport, so I did two weeks ago and they haven't responded. How do I fix this on my own? I don't have any VC so I don't care about losing any.

I have also same problem. Before entering MyCareer, I change my player's goatee or hair style. It works.
