Teach Me How to use Classic Pitching

So a new year, and a new thread about Classic Pitching. Do you use it? I'd like to know if you feel there are any benefits to classic pitching. I know if I hold down the button longer I use more effort, but is that all there is to it? Are you getting realistic results with it?
