I just threw my first no HITTER. It was so exciting. I don't get too nervous with video games, because...well, they are just video games. But my hands were sweating. It was awesome.
I pitched with Mat Latos. 9ip H:0 R:0 ER:0 BB:8 SO:16
I know that's sloppy with the eight walks, But it took me 144 pitches to get through the game. I actually started the game with a 24 pitch first. After like 95 pitches I had a hard time keeping control. I don't see that I got a trophy for it. Not that I really care, I don't pay attention to any trophies I get on any game really.
I played the Atlanta braves online. The guy pitched me well, played good defense, worked a lot of deep counts, so it didn't seem like he was terrible.
I threw 42 4sfb 28 sliders 31 cutters 33 curve balls 10 2sfb. So I wasn't one of these throw the same pitch every time guys, I mixed up my pitches, tried to stay on the corners. Awesome game.
Edit: Oh btw you can't throw a no hitter without great defense. Uggla hit a ground ball by a diving BP( he missed catching it by around two feet, wasn't a pay on it, i just dove anyways and i scooped it up with Bruce and threw out Uggla by a step. It was cool because last year that happened all the time, but this year they either get pulled off the base or aren't close to the base to begin with. That was in the second inning, I almost forgot about it. I saved the play on my ps3 haha
2nd Edit: Looked the guy up. He's 5-10 online with a .265average and a 4.33era. So i didn't exactly no hit someone good, but, no one else had no hit him.
