Like 4 star schools or under. Freshman or sophomores that could end up being really good with the right coaching and environment.

UCLA

Has a RS Freshman QB with good wheels, good arm and accuracy. On top of that, UCLA is a 2* if I recall correctly, in a good conference, and located in Cali (good for recruiting). Was able to build them up to a 5* within only a few seasons.

I'd give UVA a look. We have Phillip Sims (r-SO) who is rated ~80. We also have David Watford (SO) that is in the high 70s. And Greyson Lambert (FR). I can't remember what Lambert is rated in the game but I remember it being a little lower than where I think he should be. He was only a 3 star but he had offers from Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Clemson, and Miami.

Georgia Tech. Vad Lee and Justin Thomas. Our offense isn't most people's cup of tea, though.

WVU. Freshman (RS) QB, Ford Childress, that will probably start this year, from Texas. True freshman dual-treat QB, Chavas Rawlins, as a third string backup, with good skill set. Also a very young talented receiving core led by true freshman Shelton Gibson, 4* WR, and the very quick, undersized, Jordan Thompson, out of Katy, TX.

All of these suggestions are definitely great. Indiana's Tre Roberson is also great. And Arizona State's Taylor Kelly.
