Editing players Contracts?

I got the PAL version of madden and not able to import any rosters, so am I able to edit players contract as part of the editing the roster with the current off season moves?

if u have 360 yes u can with the edit tool thing if u have PS3 then u sol because it dosent have an edit tool.

So i'm stuck with players with lobsided contracts? Well this would be the last time I'm playing madden until the new madden comes out since i can't import rosters.
