I was looking forward to being the new coach of the redskins (0-16). But, they don't offer me a contract. Wassup wit that??

P.S. #4 ranked coach. So, my stats are definately not the reason.

I'm thinkin it's both. After the first post, I realized that only teams that got knocked out of the playoffs were interested in my coach. Its as if the non playoff teams didn't feel that they were good enough to even offer me a deal smh

If you are doing an offline CCM, you can save and reload. Different teams will offer you jobs if you reload it. Dumb that it needs to be done but it works
