Personally, I'm done with 2K on the current gen and crew mode never appealed to me so I won't be losing any sleep when I get this for the PS4. Sucks for the people who enjoyed the mode & planned on getting '14 for PS4/XB1, though. Not surprised at all, however. The first installment in these next gen sports titles always lacks as much depth as the current gen title. New hardware, less time to implement the modes. A lot goes into programming. Fully expect to see Crew mode in '15.
