Helmet Slot 1 (5 goalie wins) will not unlock

Hey guys I need some help with the last boost slot I have to unlock which says you need to play and win 5 games as a created goalie in Be A Pro.

I created a pro goalie, started in NHL, played and won 6 regular season games but no unlock. I have difficulty set to pro although I turned down the period time and adjusted a couple goalie sliders.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I'm having the same issue, I wonder if its the time per period setting, maybe you have to leave it at the default? I put mine down to 3 min the minimum you could set so this would go faster. I hate playing goalie :P.

Has anybody found a solution for this aside from playing online or buying the boost slot?

I've been playing goalie the last week (limited play) to try and get this unlocked. played 5 (simmed to 3rd period) and won. Didn't work.

Also played 5 full games and won and still isn't unlocking.

Playing on Pro difficulty.

Helmet slot 1 as well as wrist shot power 3 should have unlocked.

I've not had any problems with this whatsoever. I unlocked all goalie boosts by setting up my Be A Pro on Pro which started at the NHL Entry Draft(OR IF you want a better goalie start in CHL at 15 year old and simulate 3-4 seasons to gain attributes and have your goalie be better once you get to the NHL) which starts you at the Memorial Cup round robin with 3 minutes periods and pretty much simulated the first two periods of every game and played the third period and everything unlocked.


I only had trouble with the one that stats with the first round of the NHL playoffs and how I got it to work was to play every game from start to finish and at 3 minute periods it did not take long at all.

Do you mean boosts for use with the goalie, or all the unlocks gotten by playing goalie? (play 5 games and win as a goalie unlocks the helmet 1 slot for forwards and defensemen)

I still haven't had any luck unlocking the skater helmet slot. frustrating.
