I think it is safe to say that EA is focusing on NHL 15 for the Xbox One and Playstation 4. And while that's a good thing, it would be nice to see them fixing some issues on the current consoles.

Especially the problems with backup goalies starting nearly, or sometimes over 50% of their teams' games. Its a crap shoot as to which goalie you will see in franchise mode which is total bull.

I remember last year there were numerous tuners that tweaked many different things in the game. This year what have we received, one, maybe two? And the recent patch seems to have created more problems than it solved. All in all, I'd say EA has left us out in the proverbial cold on this one. Here's to hoping NHL 15 is a major upgrade. We all know the series needs it.

The 4th roster update addressed the goalie problem.

The latest tuner fixed a LOT of issues. The only gameplay issue I have at this point is the moon bounce the puck does in the corner now. It bounces higher on a dump in than on a slap shot. How do those physics work?

I seem to recall being able to tune the puck physics in NHL 2004, no clue why they took that away.

the bouncing puck and lack of CPU penalties in BeaGM need to be fixed. The goalie rotation problem was fixed in the Roster-4 update, which is a strange way to fix the problem.

I'm not sure how this will work. If I've already started a franchise/Be A GM would I have to restart? If so, that's bogus.

@Gagnon39 It also added duplicate players. Guys signed with teams are ALSO in free agency. I can imagine the problems that would cause. Somebody fell asleep at the wheel on that one. Stick with custom rosters from trustworthy roster editors and you'll be much better off.

When did that come out.

When I go on to the game I see when there is a tuner update (currently at 1.02) is the roster updates located in a different area?

Sooooo... again. Does the 4th roster somehow fix the goalie problem in existing franchises?
