MyCAREER Glitch, always crashes- Xbox One

So I've been playing MyCAREER since the Xbox One release, and I'm already on my 3rd MyCAREER because of some glitch that happens at random times. All of a sudden, the game will just shut off and send me back to the Xbox One dashboard. I reload the game, try to load up MyCAREER, and before it loads it sends me back to the dashboard again. I've spent 10 dollars on VC for this mode, so I'm not very happy that I can't play it and may not get to play it again. I'm afraid to start a new one because it may happen again.

Is there any way to fix this?

Mine wont even let me click on anything. It loads to the main menu and thats it.

this has happened to me A LOT today. I started a new my gm without custom rosters
and it's still happening

My file is broken as well... Pretty buggy game to be honest.

I have to repeatedly sign in and out or it remains frozen on the menu screen. I have also seen no action replays in 6 games with it set to often.

Same thing happens to me in my gm. What seems to work for me is turning off the replays and skipping through any highlights (mid-game and after the 3rd quarter are the worst).
