Is there a way to make races longer than the typical 3 laps per race? This annoys me, as I prefer to have longer races and not make everything a quick sprint. I would really like to enjoy the modern grand prix series with roughly 30 laps per race.

I don't have forza 5, but in forza 4 you can create your own lobby when your online. and you can fill it with AI. you can change the laps amount in the settings. not sure if its the same though.

In the career you can't but you can create your own private multiplayer race and in the options change the laps there and you can add AI drivers if you don't want to race online with other drivers.
