Question about my CFM

Just finished my second season with the Buffalo Bills and decided to fire Doug Marrone before I started the offseason. I hired Rex Ryan and kept the West Coast offense, which is what I used with Marrone. At the end of the season EJ Manuel was an 81 overall. As I finished the offseason and got to the regular season he was a 70 overall.

I brought Kirk Cousins in to have a QB battle because they have a similar overall rating but with the hiring of Rex Ryan it seems it hurt EJ's overall rating. Does anyone know why?

Also, what is Rex Ryan's scheme with the Jets?

Overall will not change how he plays. His individual ratings are the same. I recommend stop looking at OVR to rate your players.

You need to look at the QB scheme under Team Roadmaps to get his rating back up. Clearly Dougie had a QB scheme that matched EJ's skill set better than Rex does (does Rex have a QB scheme?). That said, this does nothing to change his actual ratings.

Lol speaking of Rex Ryan, just started a game which is his first with my team and he has his Bills hat on with a Jets shirt. And go figure I'm playing the Jets my first game.

That sounds about right, what's the problem?

Jk, what was Manuel's confidence at the end of the season and did it plummet in the offseason for something like 'Don't Know the Playbook!'? I'm not sure how that works exactly because I switched to coach CFM after moving my team.
