I just received my psn preorder code

What kind of notification? Did you recieve a code via message(PSN)? Or did it automaticlly give u 10k vc(or w.e u get)?

Got it through the xmb like a message. It was in notifications then in the from playstation tab. Clicked on it then it took me to the psn store to redeem code with the code already inputted. Downloaded the code and guess what, no VC has showed up.

Done with this game

Yea I just I got the same thing. No vc to my account. I can't even connect to the server

It told me the code was worth 2 x 5000, and I still have zero

exact same thing happend to me, but i dont think the code was really redeemed because i did it 3 times and usually after the first time it says it cant be redeemed.

Have you tried resetting your licenses? Settings -> PSN -> Reset Licenses
