Errors With Badges

I've been trying to put Tenacious Rebounder on LeBron for months now. Before when I tried it it would pop up some error message saying that there's a problem with my connection to the servers or something like that. I decided to try it again today since it's been a while, and now that message no longer pops up, but instead it makes the noise like it's adding the badge but it doesn't actually add the badge.

Also, I have 34 gold badges on diamond KD with only 1 bronze badge left, which is Perimeter Lockdown Defender, however when I try to upgrade the badge it just makes the noise like it's working but doesn't actually add the upgrade, so I can't get him past bronze Perimeter Lockdown Defender.

Is there a way around this? Is everyone else having this issue as well?

Hopefully 2K takes cares of this problem at some point. I've only ever tried putting badges on these 2 players and I've always had trouble with it so I don't even bother putting badges on anyone else.

I know for PLD, you gotta add it twice before it goes from bronze to silver on Diamond KD. Thats whats happened to me and a few others.


Your LeBron is another story tho, try auctioning him for 4 hours at a stupidly high price and then add him back to your collection and see if he's fixed.

I have the same problem with LeBron but with limitless range.

Yeah, PLD isn't working no matter how many times I try to add it to KD.

I'll try what you said about LeBron though.

I had this problem with several cards...most recently Embiid. Tried putting Eraser on him and it kept making the sound but wouldnt add...when I went back, at least the badge was still there. I tried it several times before giving up and adding the badge to another player. I also experienced that glitch you had with the "not communicating with servers" when trying to add a badge. Same thing...just added the badge to another player with no problem.

Also, I have been jipped out of some badges.....added, made sound, but the badge didnt show up and disappeared from my list!

Yeah, I've since tried adding badges to several players and I've realized that it's not a problem just with the diamond KD card or the LeBron card; it's a problem with almost every card. Lots of people just won't upgrade, and almost all of them won't let me add new badges.

I also bought a handful of badges from the auction house yesterday and now they're all stuck in my Pending Items menu and I'm unable to redeem them and actually use them on my players.

Ugh. I'm in conversation with someone at 2K over it but I highly doubt it'll ever be fixed.

This happens if you have any in your inventory, You have to use all of the ones you have before you can add it from the auction rewards
