Sliders for not-great players?

somehow, after downloading new rosters, opposing keepers universally have morphed into Manuel Neuer on speed. I'm getting tons of shots & almost no goals. On the other end,I'm conceding on 75% of shots. The game was playing just fine for me on the default settings for the third-highest difficulty. The game in the middle of the field is still good, but things are dodgy whit shooting and scoring.

Anybody at all have ideas for combating this?

Hey!, maybe drop the difficulty amd play on slow speed?...or tinker the sliders to where you feel is a fair challenge play 5 games, and adjust until you feel it's fair...try not to constantly mess the sliders as you will never know if your beating the cpu with skill or just plain unbalance of sliders!...
