Training question for On-Line Franchise

1) How often do you train your players? Every 3 games? 5 games, etc.

2) Is there a guide as to what each training category improves or is it just common sense?

3) How does Auto Train work? It automatically picks what the CPU THINKS that player needs to improve on or is it just random?

4) Does training really work? Have any of you seen obvious improvement after training?

Any season. I've asked this multiple seasons and no one seems to know the answer.

If I train my players after game 5, when should I see the results? 1 game after that? 3 games? 5 games? It probably has to do with how long the season is but we'd like to know how long it takes for training to take effect?

i'll answer this since nobody else seems to want to . Basically it depends on the players level of skill. If he is already at a 97 in power, you can train him all year long and you probably wont see any gain. If he's at 50 it will show up. However, its not a set time frame or number of games.


I was very into Online Franchise in MLB 14 then a bit disappointed in 15 when the same exact thing was released without a single improvement, now for MLB 16, the SAME thing is being released, without even fixing bugs. So, I'm not buying this year. I was so into this game too, hence why I'm even coming back on this board. But I've moved onto OOTP. Good luck , I ran three Online Franchises and I can answer any other question you have.
