Online CFM Newb Questions

Hello,
I have played Madden since way back in the day but I have always been solo Offline CFM. This year, my buddies and I are going to play along with the NFL week by week. Most weeks, we will all be at my house playing our games. Some weeks, somebody may need to play their game from home. So, since I have never ran an Online CFM, I just needed clarification on some things.

1. Can the commish control more than one team? For example. I would like to be the Jags and have my brother control the Broncos from the same Xbox One during an Online CFM.

2. Can we play against each other with random teams during the Online CFM? For example, say I am the Jags and week 17 my brother wants to play as the Colts against me one time in order to keep me out of the playoffs, can he?

3. Since some weeks we will play all our games at my house on my Xbox, can all 3 users play their games through my Xbox? Or, will User # 3 have to bring his Xbox in order to play his game or sign into his Account in order to play his game in the Online CFM?

Please use the Q&A thread going forward. That said, the answers to your questions:

1 - no; one user controls one team, always. it is possible to change what team you control, but the process to do this either requires resigning from the current job at the end of the season or leaving and re-joining the online franchise outright

2 - no; see #1

3 - yes, as long as all three teams have a different Gamertag associated with them and as long as the games are each against a CPU opponent or a user on a separate console. Local multiplayer is not allowed in online Franchise, unlike NCAA Football online dynasty.
