The Prelude Game Save Problem

So the game just froze during the last game and when I come back to The Prelude it says I already played it. I really don't care about the character because I will try a lot of them when 2K17 comes out, but I still have 2 achievement left to unlock, and I can't play the game... Just send a ticket to 2K support. Anyone can help me solve this? I am on Xbox One btw

That sucks bro. I'm sorry I don't know what to do and I can't help but you sharing that let me know I'm not going to play the bonus game over and over again and quit it... I'm afraid it might corrupt and not transfer over smoothly. I dunno but I ain't gonna risk it. Imma leave that sexy chocolate right there.... PRRRRRR.. o.. don't mind me...

Thanks man, I hope 2K Support can restore my data or restart my progress in The Prelude so I can unlock those cheevos

I played 2 games..went to the store now it says its detected i completed the prelude...i cant check the inventory, store cuzz it says i need to begin mycareer
