Every single time I decide to play online, I usually pick the Lakers cause that's always been my team, but I end up matching up against the Lakers! Seriously why in the world did 2k even change the way you pick teams in online!!!

Thats the only bad part about tiers, if they fix matching up against identical teams then it'll be fine.

2k is always changing something and it ends up having major flaws!!! JUST STICK TO THE STATU QUO

2k doesn't give a F about us PNO users. I can't find a match for the magic at all.

Same here... and I barely even play it, but it happens a lot.

I've heard the same from others - its like its glitched code to match you with your same team instead of avoid the same team.
