how many teams can you create in the game?

just wondering how many teams can you create in nfl 2k5?....wanted to make a custom league in the game....don't have it yet...waiting for it to come in the mail....

You can only create 2 teams.

Anybody know any mods or editors that allow you to replace all 32 teams in franchise?

There are no mods. At all. For any version. All anyone has done, in great painstaking detail, is changed the content of the teams that are there in terms of rosters and ratings. Luckily no major changes have been made to the makeup of the league so we can keep playing as long as you don't mind the moved teams like the San Diego Chargers and the slightly older logos.
