Should I trade Ender Inciarte for Billy Hamilton?

Should I make this trade? Ender is a better hitter but Hamilton is a base stealing beast and is faster in the outfield. I could use a base stealing threat but am not sure of his hitting.

I couldnt pull that trigger but thats because Ender is a personal favorite of mine.
also BR ranks Ender currently as the #215 best all-time CF'er vs Hamilton at #289 currently at CF.
