About to get into the game and have a couple questions.

1) Are the updated draft pick trades in the game and do they come with the actual protections? For example, do the Sixers have the Lakers pick this year and if so, does the game send it to the Celtics if it's 2-5?

2) Is there a consensus "best" draft class file to download?

3) Can you still start a franchise where the current NBA season actually is?
