What EXACTLY do all the stats do?

Actually, I think there are still some things that are unclear.
For example, the power attributes has an impact on GnP while strike speed does not (tested it myself)
i would like some "trivia" on the attributes stats to fully understand them.

Like, does body only protect from a body ko, or does it affect long term stamina loss when being attacked to the body?

I wish we had a document like the in depth on striking on the ea site, just on every other aspect of the game
