Running the ball in M19 - HELP!

Is anyone else having a terrible time running the ball? I feel like the holes close instantly as soon as i hit the LOS. Most of the time i get hit in the back field because the Oline is continuously getting dominated. I have tried a multitude of different run plays, I don't sprint off of the hand-off and moves don't seem to work. I really do like this years Madden as i feel it may be the best in years. However, my frustrations with running the rock is making me want to explode. FYI - I play on all-pro. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. I’ve tried tweaking the sliders and still nothing really. And I’m not turboing instantly. It’s very difficult to run.
