Passes moving recipients to defenders...

Has anyone else noticed this in pro am? Ive tried to pass to a wide open, stationary player only for the pass to lead him to a defender for the steal. Or worse, the paint for some unknown reason. Anyone else noticed this? Any solutions?

That's a 2K issue in every mode!

Passes are behind players or go toward the defender.

2K needs to completely revamp there passing system!

There are so many unrealistic catching animations in this game and there is nothing the user can do about it.

Even if there is no directional passing players will cut on passes toward the defender or the paint.

Yea that's been an issue with every game mode. Completely kills the concept of team basketball, which is yet another reason why 5 out ISO PnR is all these scrubs ever have to do because if they ever need to pass the ball, there's 15 ft. of separation between everyone.



More than anything though, The Centers being able to go full-on Spiderman and make incredible one handed steals in the paint is more frustrating than anything.

Passes that lead towards defenders, offensive players with no spacing awareness, i get they wanted defense to mean something, but not if their just going to cheat the game itself to make it so.

It's been a legacy issue for some time now. Actually, someone discovered that one of the tendencies was drastically change from 2K18 to 2K19. I feel that 40% of my turnovers are from passing to someone that was sitting in the corner, but suddenly darts into the paint. It's even more frustrating when it's done by a player who's commonly known as a spot-up shooter.

I have noticed it against the cpu in the past. Players who should spot up leaving wide open positioning to destroy spacing, and it seems worse in 19 with space the floor gone but im talking moving user controlled players...

Im in rec passing to a teammate thats spotted up only for the pass to cause him to go to the nearest defender for a turnover. It feels so artificial and is infuriating, especially when you have run an action to get a clean look and its sabatoged.

I was hoping there was a solution i didnt know about because i haven't seen any posts about it.
