Will the recruiting pitch ratings improve based upon performance of the team from year to year?

I would also like to know the answer to this. Also, has anybody had much success recruiting? I simulated a season as the Athens Boars attempting to figure out how recruiting works and I didn't have any freshman on my roster the next season. When do players commit? Is is possible to get a commit when you aren't in the top schools to start the season?

Most commits will occur late in the regular season and offseason. I suggest if you simulate to then manually do the recruiting in the offseason.
