I have been play with the Knicks in myGM mode and now i am in the 3rd season.I play all the away games (so have played close to 90 games)

Still i haven't see any in-game injuries...Any one knows why is that?

2k have this problem for years already....unbelieveble....!

I haven't seen any in-game injuries the entire year. Meanwhile half the league is out with something in the simulation games. The only time I see someone injured in an actual game is when they come into the game already hurt.

I've played 943 hours and had a total of 1 in game injury

You might have a look at some MyLeague sliders. I'm still playing NBA2K19 but I don't really believe there to be too much difference between this year and last year.

In 2K19 I'm using Barncore's MyLeague sliders but for NBA2K20, you might check out schnaidt1 especially if you are running default MyLeague sliders.

I've seen some in game injuries. Not a ton but I have seen them. Second one this season. One for my team and one for another team. I'm about 45 games in. I just had one a couple of games ago. It's at the 14:11 mark of this video.

However, can't remember if you adjust sliders in MyGM (unranked).
