NHL 2k 10 patch
If I am hook up to online will it give me the patch update or is that not available anymore? And is there a way to get the patch. Thanks.

Not available anymore as 2K servers went down years ago. The Xbox patch is available as manual download from these forums/online. No idea if you can apply it on console though would imagine you can.
