Kearse comes down with TD pass from Jackson

Seattle - The Seahawks proved once again that their defense and running game is what give them an edge over finesse offensive teams like the Denver Broncos, as they were able to win their Super Bowl rematch 28-20 in front of a raucous crowd at CenturyLink Field. Tarvaris Jackson filled in admirably for the injured Russell Wilson completing 20 of his 32 passes, while Marshawn Lynch continued what he's been doing all season with another 100+ yard rushing effort. The Seahawks were outgained by the Broncos in this matchup but the defense was able to hold against Peyton Manning when it had to. The Seahawks will now enter their early bye week on a positive and hopefully will be able to use the week to get back some of their key players from injury. We'll see you two weeks from now in the Nations capital as the Seahawks will take on the Washington Redskins.
