In recognition of Memorial Day, the hat was a familiar bold cardinal red, but Jason Isringhausen’s jersey was a neutral grey with the word “Rays” embroidered in deep blue across his chest. As if Lane Kiffin hasn't had enough publicity lately, an assistant (on his first day on the job) posted information about a recruit that had signed with Tennessee earlier that day.
NCAA regulations require that a university not mention unsigned recruits by name or promote them as such.
It's a simple violation and one that the university will simply self-report and receive a slap on the wrist for.

I agree with Pete that steroids are a greater crime in baseball than betting on your team as a manager.
However, Mr. Rose needs to distance himself from names like A-Rod if he wants to clean his image and hope for support to grow for his reinstatement.
