I understand the star system, but I'm saying on any given play call, they only give you 1 suggestion right? You either pick that play, or you deny it and go through the playbook.

If you deny the play, there is no option to see just the other plays for that situation, right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

From what I can tell you can't even see the play they're going to give you. Before a play you press the primary button to go forward with Game Plan or you press another button to see the full list. No way to go to the full list after you've used Game Plan unless you call a TO.

Can we edit the gameplan during a game?

I don't know the answer to that one. It's a good question. Maybe someone can chime in with an answer.

I don't think so. Do you really need to when you can jump out and call your own plays at any time?

If Ian acted any more happy to be there, then I wouldn't know how to react. He was ecstatic.

All jokes aside, I can't wait to try this feature out!

Hmm good video. But tell me. Did anyone notice in the gameplay behind them on the TV scene. Doesn't it seem like the Game looked a little laggy at time in between plays and all. That worries me a little.

Ian is miserable all the time...he knows making the game is a thankless job and he wants out so bad

Cut scenes still look awful, no team celebrations after TD's... UGH!

This is what I noticed too. Seemed dumb to even have the panel on, as the marketing guy completely dominated the conversation (and as you pointed out, Ian wasn't even addressed). Very odd segment.

seriously though, it's quite frightening that it never dawned on these guys that fumbling through 3 hundred plays is the best way to go about things. did they really need madden to clear this up for them?
They pay the guy to talk, and it looks like he's pretty good at his job.

Ian body language is kinda funny, but on a serious note this whole "gameplan" thing would be flawless if like stated before by multiple ppl if they let you choose between your plays...

He tweeted that he thought it was going to be 15 minutes of filming and it turned into 5 hours. Can you imagine spending 5 hours with marketing AND management? It's enough to make a developer's head explode.

You know what's gonna suck? I guarantee you that this will be mandatory for online games. I can see it coming. We all know that the settings have to be almost identical online so this will have to be mandatory off or mandatory on. I'll bet on the mandatory on.

I don't want it organised in that situation. I hope that is an option they ad to the play calling screen; like have by formation, by play type and by gameplan.
