Cool, I guess. Shoes are nice. I hope this only affects My Player mode, though. I really don't want people rocking the Space Jams in association and getting +10 in dunk.

Didn't Ronnie say three insights were coming? Since then there has been the audio insight and this one. I'm guessing there's another insight tomorrow.

I do! I would love to hear the "technical jargon"! I could care less about shoes, especially ones that have rocket bossters in them! They could play barefoot and I'd be fine as long as online is improved!

I like that the way you unlock is to just play. No beating an NBA team with an NBDL on 8 minute quarters on arcade mode without using substitutions type crap.

To be honest i think its quite smart that they seem to have added nothing in terms of online features.....With so much innovation Offline this year (enough to keep us all occupied for a long time no doubt), many people were asking what they could do for 2k12......Now they have something that can be the cornerstone of next years innovations, props to 2k if this is true of the situation.....Or they just going to release the online insight later in a suprise move and this is just some kind of appetiser

Thats the same thing I was thinking. If I put Jordan's on 'Melo I don't want him suddenly jumping as high as LeBron James.

I hope that boost is only for My Player.

love this post. There are no new features to online. I don't know what some of these people expect; Just wait until you get the game and see if online servers are improved.

Speaking of the shoes, it's nice to unlock them, but I really don't like the attribute boosts, maybe we can put the shoes on a player and if we don't want those boost, we just edit the rating back down to the original

It clearly states in the insight that boost are particularly in myplayer/pick-up games situations.

This applies to MyPlayer and Myplayer pick-up games.....I'm sure most of us accidently skipped over it in shock of seeing attribute boosts on shoes >.>

Particularly doesn't mean only. The way it's phrased implies that it applies to any game mode.

couple of questions???

can these shoes be put on regular players in assocation mode? and will it give them the stat boost?

also im assuming that the shoes can't put a player over 99 in the stat that it pertains to? right?

really..... the boost are not that big to make a difference I think. They only boost one attribute so its not like were going to see a huge difference in one player over another player also we can only wear one pair at a time so......

Talking about shoes...are there any Converse shoes this year? I remember we had the old (and ugly) converse ones, with the old logo. If we have them this year, we can edit the colors and give Magic and Larry their old Converse shoes.

can you wear these in association mode?
if so, i hope the boosts only apply in myplayer.
