According to PastaPadre, Ian Cummings, Creative Director of the Madden franchise, is leaving Tiburon.
He also states there are quite a few other big names going with him.

. I too had fun with NCAA, and I totally agree with it being the most fun since 04. With that being said it still didn't impress like The Show and 2K11 did on the field(court). The presentation is outdated, and the game is full of alot of goofy animations and awkward situations, which every game is to a point, but EA football games stand out more than others IMO. It still doesn't give me that authentic feeling like the others games I mentioned.

Seriously though, I see the point you were trying to get across. We all for the most part are on the same side, we just want a better quality of football game. We all get caught up in our own agendas(mine is presentation/animations, others are franchise and other off the field logic), we just have to remember we all want the same thing in the grand scheme of things.
