It's nice that the fans get to pick the cover guy now, but for someone other than Eli to be on the cover...:/ So basically it has to do with how flashy you are? How marketable? Gee, how refreshing! The Lions were one and done man. Come on.

Nice cover. But why does it says "Better with Kinect sensor". The game is not using the kinect so why is it on the box? Just curious.

Kinda curious...What would be your reaction if Cam made the cover and they didn't even make the playoffs? (I'm not dismissing your Eli bid, just curious on your take overall, Should only a player from the Superbowl champs be considered?)

Where did you hear it wasn't using kinect? I thought it was known they would be using it in some way.

Wow, over speculation about uniform features on the cover is one thing, but seeing the kinect branding and stating the opposite? Really?

I actually spoke to a EA rep and he said it was an printing error. And he told me that he knows nothing about any kinect fuctions with this years game.
He might have been mistaken, but he works for EA. I guess it will be confirmed by E3.

Something about this cover just doesn't sit right with me, It almost looks like one of those fan made covers. I feel like they could have used a better picture of Megatron, this just looks very awkward.

I'm not trying to be a douche here, but I do remember them saying Madden 13 will support Kinect at E3 last year. I have also heard a couple blurbs about it since then.

I just can't see it not being in there. And a printing error for their big cover reveal?

The amazon picture looks MUCH better IMO, though not sure why they are different. Similar pictures, but this one fixes the awkwardness of the one in this thread:

The cover does look funky on 360. Should just move the EA Sports logo up to look like he was catching that instead.
