Wow. Even I believe that Roy Hibbert is slightly overrated. I would have given an 83 tops. For record, he didn't get shut down in the playoffs. We had a sizable advantage in the post with West and Hibbert against the Heat, and we should have rode them for the entire series. Miami didn't have an answer for them, but for some reason Vogel switched the offense from the post. Also, it didn't help that Lebron and Wade played Herculean basketball for the final three games of the series.

Chalmers is not better than Nash..only thing he has on Nash is defense. Wade better than Kobe just lol. It's obvious you're being biased as all the ratings are in favour of the Heat other than the most obvious one at C.

Did I say CP3 wasn't on Rose's level OR Rose was on CP3's level and did I not say and I quote "You can't compare them directly, they have different play styles"? You're just making yourself look like a fool making stuff up. Why you getting so offended doe?

Again..with that, like you just told me..read the post doe, I may have said Rose has an MVP over Paul yes, however in the second part of the post I said you can't compare them which is contradicting the first part of the post no? Anyways, I don't have time to argue with you, you can't seem to have a discussion without getting offended..

I got you bro
Defense - Paul
Passing - Paul
Outside shooting - Paul
Finishing at the rim - Rose
IQ - Paul
Clutchness - Paul
The same way you don't compare a Back To Basket PF and a Faceup PF bottom line is there are things where Paul excels at over Rose and vice versa.
I could also say:
Slashing - Rose
Overall Scoring - Rose
Ball Handling - Rose
Athleticism - Rose

# 87 kingblaque @ 09/17/12 09:13 PM
Wtf? bosh should be a little higher than that.. he shoots the ball to well to be an 83, i say 87 at the most.. roy hibbert's *** should not be an 86 lol..

# 88 ojandpizza @ 09/17/12 09:17 PM
A better ball handler than CP3??? I think not

# 89 kingblaque @ 09/17/12 09:17 PM
if paul george is a 78 then gerald green should be a dam 82 , gerald green is a monster!! 2k sucks at ratings , but still the best basketball game developers! big rating fail in my book!!!!!!!

# 90 ojandpizza @ 09/17/12 09:18 PM
Overall scoring Deron Williams > them both... Maybe Westbrook as well

Exactly!
You know, the game is fun to play when we have superstars that make a big difference on the court. They can change the course of a game in a second. That is part of what makes basketball fun.
The NBA today has a lot of great players, but not many legit superstars. To make the game fun, and to solve this problem, 2k gotta overrate a lot of players, just like they are doing to Howard now, who didn`t get better than he was last year, but is in 2k13 a 96, out of nowhere.
It is like 2k is saying " to make the game really fun, we gotta have 20 players that are rated 90 or more. Unfortunately, in the NBA there aren`t 20 players in this category, but we have to add them to the game anyway. So, who are we gonna pick to be a 90 plus overall player?" And there you go...

Don't let these last two seasons fool you. If CP3 played with those NJ teams then he'd put up around the same numbers more efficiently imo.
Oh yeah and rose doesn't play with the best scorer in the league so he isn't the 2nd priority when it comes to gameplanning like westbrook is
All I'm saying is before he went to the horrible nets teams Williams was considered the best PG in the league.. I'd say CP3 is better at many things but not at just scoring, Williams is strong enough to get the basket like Rose and Westbrook, until this past season he's been a better outside shooter than all of them, he has the pull-ups like Westbrook.. I'm just saying offensively he's more complete than any of them.. In other areas I'd take CP3 or Rondo, probably all 3 of them before Rose. It depends what your team needs

# 93 LionsFanNJ @ 09/17/12 09:36 PM
Its the playing for the Nets factor. He came here with a **** and injured team around him ( almost no one on last years squad is in the league still. Seriously.) And suddenly Deron is trash negating all his time with Utah.

Howard a 96?????? Come on that's way 2 high for him, a 92 maybe bcuz he's not better than any of the legend centers in 2k, thats a slap in the face to Olajuwon, Ewing, Wilt, Robinison and I can go on and on

Bosh is an NBA Champ, and should be at least a 87, he played big all year especially in the playoffs with da ab injury, I'm sorry but Howard is not deserving of a 96, all he can do is dunk and block shots......THAT'S IT NO POST MOVES, NO JUMPER, AND HE CAN'T HIT FTS TO SAVE HIS LIFE......COME ON 2K

I guess you didnt read any of my post. I for one never believed Kobe should be rated a 93 at 34. More like 90-91. Nash is debatable and so is Pau. The problem is when you have guys like Amare get an 84 rating what do you do with Pau? If Amare is an 84 then Pau damn sure is an 87. If Roy Hibbert gets an 86 then Dwight sure gets a 96. When Kemba Walker gets 78 and Rondo a 90 then an 87 for Nash really isnt that bad.

# 99 antixnette @ 09/17/12 10:07 PM
Why are people talking about what Bosh did in previous years? He's two years removed from that. His rating is spot on.

# 100 SteboSSK @ 09/17/12 10:09 PM
The dumbest thing Im seeing in all the arguments about online ratings is even if you lowered say some of the Laker player ratings does it make them that much less dominant in the game? Like does a 92 OVR for Dwight vs 96 make a world of difference? Not really. In the end if you can play the game well you can pretty much beat any team.
