We need similar dunks from different starting points. I would like to be able to do a reverse 360 like vintage vince say from in front of the rim and baseline. The Vince reverse 360 needs needs to be in as well as the reverse 360 windmill. They are similar dunks that he did the reverse in the opposite direction but he just adds a windmill just making the dunk sick.
I would take this dunk too on the Pacers. To pull this off in traffic is just ridiculuous

You guys can add a lot of dunks from the baseline take a look at this Kobe mix. He has some sick baseline dunks where he finishes with a 180 one hand two hand. Yall can add plenty of these. JR Smith has done a few of these but not like Kobe has. I would definitely take a baseline windmill though Last but not least you should be able to dunk on your own teammate if they are in the way for "contact" dunks. |
If you keep MJ in the game and still give him the ability to do a FT-dunk, please mo-cap a new animation, since it doesn't look like MJ's FT-dunk, in my opinion. Actually it doesn't look that great as an animation at all.
Watch the 1987 and especially the 1988 dunk contest, and hopefully you can get someone to perform the same exact dunk (nearly impossible?).

As some others have mentioned, polish Jordan's dunk package. His current dunk package really doesn't feel or look Jordanesque. MJ was graceful, a floating feather, from take-off to landing with his dunks. He flowed like water. His current dunk package is a little rough around the edges and robotic. Oh and this is off-topic, but you've done signature style and signature shots... now it's time for signature body types/player models from head to toe!!!
I'd like to see more dunks that are altered in route to the basket. Gerald Wallace's jam at #7 would be an example. In this case, I'm referring to the body lean that tends to happen on two-foot side takeoffs when a player hits a grounded opponent early on. Right now in 2K, too often it seems those types of plays result in the defender being dropped to the ground while the dunker's momentum remains unchained as they boost straight to the hoop for a dunk:
