Maybe I'm just a red's fan but I'd think Johnny Cueto would rank a little higher than 92, and maybe Mesoraco's rating is right but I think he has A potential.

Frst Time I'll be playing the show franchise but what does the star by some players name's mean? And why does ichiro suzuki have A potential?

Its only A now because at one point he was an A. His rating wont ever get back up to an A in the game. And the stars are players that were All Stars the year before or during that season i believe.
