Madden NFL 16 Player Likeness Update Available Now For Xbox One & PS4

EA Sports has just released their Madden NFL 16 player likeness update. It includes more than 180 players across the league. No official player list has been revealed.

Currently the update is only available for Xbox One users. It should be available for PlayStation 4 users at a later time. When it does, this post will get updated.

UPDATE: The player likeness update is now available for PlayStation 4 users. If you can't find it in the Store, just log into your Sony account and grab it here.

EA Sports has also posted the full spreadsheet on their blog, with all of the players that were updated.

To get the Madden NFL 16 player likeness update on Xbox One, simply view the game hub or search for Madden NFL 16, click view in store, tab over to add-ons (scroll down and hit the ... to open all add-ons), on the far right, you should see the player likeness update. Click it and download, it's free and weighs in at 619 MB.

Hold the phone - these DO work in ranked games and play now! Just not in CFM.

Faces show up in CFM , just not the edit player screen

If you have your PS4 on standby and not seeing it, try a restart and then look around under Add-Ons, I found it under Spotlight > New under the Madden 16 picture.Attachment 106200

They work in all modes just not in the edit screen.

So if we're about to start our CFM does only the commish need to download the player likeness update for everyone else in the CFM to see the updated players or does every single person need to download it themselves in order to see it?

And also if we've already started a CFM and then download this will the changes take effect? I know it probably doesn't show up in edit player so you'd have to go into a game to be sure.

These are not showing up for me in game and when I go to the link for PS4 store, I get a error message when trying to "check out".

That's how it was last year I belive. They didn't work in ranked

Go to add on under spotlight it shows up right there with other listed games there's a pic of Madden 16 cover. I'm looking at it right now.
