Does this suggest why the pitch counts are way too high?
As I understand it, your pitcher may actually throw about 80 pitches. QC (if added to the pitch count) will account for another 100+ so the game reduces that number by 1 per batter to give a realistic total in the box score of around 145 even though the 80 you threw and the 100 that were simmed total 180.

Basically, if the average game has 145 pitches you will only need about 80 but 100 will have to be simmed to get you realistic BB and K numbers but that total is adjusted down to get you back near 145 in the box score.

I hope that makes sense.

Just keep quick counts as quick counts...not include an additional pitch like they did last year. There should be times where the count starts at 0-0 too. Just take what all star baseball has...they had it perfect.

These changes or whatever are are minor. Are we able to start a franchise and season with up to update roster and stats because real life stats are important.

Do spring training games matter this year?? This is something that is lacking big time in the show.

They had it far from perfect.
Few walks...way too few.

K's as well...if you didn't use Pitchers Count....there were not nearly enough.(K's were a manage game item)

Ramone has said before, and I agree, that defeats the whole purpose of quick counts.

The whole purpose of quick counts is to get through the game quicker than a normal game. So having a few 0-0 counts wouldn't defeat the WHOLE purpose of quick counts.

Then call then generated counts and not quick counts...it's silly they don't allow 0-0 counts.

Will the schedule in ON-LINE connected franchise be flexible? I mean can we edit the schedule and divisions?

They do allow 0-0 counts. In fact, that's the default option...

The only thing I asked was if there was non-roster invites for ST (or if rosters were expanded from 40 to say 60-80) and that wasn't answered :/

Yeah, seems like no changes for that. I am extremely disappointed man. Gave my hopes up big time.

That is quite disappointing. I had to lose 3 of my guys because of this rule in 15

How about retiring players coming back as potential coaches?? Is that happening? I remember on the early ps3 mlb the show days I saw that happening, or was it late ps2 days??
