Not sure if this was mentioned in the video (can't watch it where I am) but one other Franchise / customization improvement to the game is that there are hundreds of new created player and created coach heads to choose from.
Created coaches also have more and more varied clothing options. In addition, the portraits for generated rookies (generally, not sure if 100%) match the chosen head, and they all have white collars now (one of my biggest pet peeves with the past few Madden games, and no I'm not kidding when I say that).
CM, can you confirm that switching sides is still not possible in CFM to play all-time offense with 32-team control?
Also, since quite a few of us seem to miss playing that way, is there any chance of asking them to get this in before launch?

Did created coaches have headsets on when they were on the field?

I'm not at EA PLAY today (only yesterday) and I also didn't specifically look for this. Unless Mr Price says otherwise I'd assume it works the same as last year.
The generated rookie portraits as they exist in Madden 16 had not changed since they were introduced in (I think?) Madden 12. Since M12 the portraits have had black collars and it's bugged the hell out of me in recent games as they've switched the real NFL players over to white collars, lol.
How did his clothes look? I know that is a little thing but the clothes that the coaches wore in 16 just didn't look as good as the real NFL coaches.
I thought they looked good and more importantly fit in with the players well. If there was lower texture quality, it didn't stand out to me. With the new coach presentation stuff in Franchise in particular I wouldn't be surprised if all coach clothes assets got a face lift across the board.
However, to be honest that's not something I paid a great deal of attention to.

Ahhh right I see. Ha! Good to know that's fixed.
Any chance they added some new generated rookie portraits? It's been the same ones for years now. It'd be fresh if there were some new ones added.
Say I want to use the edit a player feature.. When you're in the roster screen editing a player, will it just go back to the same menu you just came from?
In Madden 16, the way you cycled through the rosters screens were terrible.. not only was it slow and clunky, but it constantly reverted back to "position:all"...Especially frustrating and time wasting when I just want to go position by position, making sure I have the right edits on any certain team. As a guy who loves to mess with rosters, I wish Madden could make it as seamless, quick, and accessible as NBA2k roster management screen. Like, why does it take so long to go through the depth chart?
Love that they gave us back roster editing, I mean why it left in the first place, idk..that was a stupid idea. But if going through rosters while editing hasn't been somewhat tuned and/or updated, it'll take forever to do what us heavy offline franchise players want with the rosters.
