NBA 2K17 Patch 1.05 Coming Soon, Fixes Roster Update Issue, Pro-Am & More

NBA 2K17 patch 1.05 is coming soon, according to the official NBA 2K Twitter account. The tweet confirms update 1.04 introduced issues for the team to update rosters.

Pro-Am divergences will also be addressed, but nothing specific was detailed. Once the patch is available and/or we get more details, we will let everyone know.

Yeah it's a dirty little secret.

All up, it might take me 30-50 hours. But a lot of that is on sig shots. I don't find the game needs a radical overhaul. The last few years have been playing good out of the box. I just feel FOR ME, FOR ME, FOR ME, FOR ME, FOR ME I can tweak it to make it feel very good.

Did I make it clear it feels very good FOR ME? And that my opinion of the limited mode I play should not in any way indicate the gaming experience you or your significant others are likely to enjoy.

Dirk, I really hope for your sake, you don't have to keep justifying yourself. Bless you bro! On another note, I'm a Spurs fan, but sad to see the injury Nowitzki received - I want the man to finish strong towards the end of his Hall of Fame career.

Nah I know. I been here since '05 or so, lol.

I did a bit of slider tweaking years back. Minimal compared to what some of you are doing now.

I seem to remember the Simulation option somewhat holding me down over the years. But when I was heavy into Franchise (before it was MyLeague) I had to get those sliders just right!

For those claiming "ACE is broken", please watch OG's segment.

Playing against CPU PnR coverages has been one of the best additions to 2K17.

And it absolutely changes depending on who you are playing against and playing with.

I am on ps4 but use SimWorld sliders. It plays good with default rosters. I just lowered shooting sliders few clicks becouse i use user timing. Also i put on ball d to 0 for user/cpu and durability to 95. Maybe a few more tweaks and I will be ok untill the patch drops. Btw I play ML offline.

2K dropped the ball on this one. My thing is why even announce the patch coming "very soon" on your twitter if you don't have everything approved yet?

I haven't played this game in a week because I was expecting a patch.

i mean for them, they probably thought they could do no wrong as usual, found out their **** didn't work and got too embarassed to man up and admit there was an issue, so now they hope everyone forgot about that date until it comes out Tuesday/Wednesday

my guess is, it didn't play too nice with the PS4 Pro

No paint defense is a huge issue.

That's why especially in myteam people are abusing players like Muresan, Bol, Mutomo. They have ni ssue whatsoever to get the ball to them under the basket, (where obviously) they will dunk.

Normally irl basketball it is very very difficult to feed the post, under the basket, but in 2k is the easiest thing to do

I just hope that this patch will fix badges not unlocking and what not. Also, would be good if a feature was added to allow us to edit and save our own personal my park camera view for in the park and pro am.

That would require work

So, don't expect it until 2k18 as a feature
