I know this is an old post, but I had that problem as well, and I went to Hex Editor and changed the numbers to this exact thing and it worked! Thanks!

Awesome tool one of the best ones i've used for 2K so far..But i thought i saw a mention of Max Sp and Attributes but when i load my guy up he has all max att's but no sp how can i fix that?
