Does anyone make rosters that..... ?

Does anyone make rosters that are adjusted during (or even after) the season for depth and maybe even ratings? Cam Newton as a star, Tyler Martinez and Dennard Robinson as starters, Justin Blackmon as both *lol*, stuff like that? If any of you gurus put a set up late that does this sort of stuff, please post so I can check it out. Thank you for all the hard work!

I'd also be interested in rosters for NCAA '06 & '07 for PS2, and '08, '09, and '10 for PS3... anyone know where I can find these?
