Patch Download file available online?

Is the game patch update file for CH2K8 on Xbox 360 available anywhere on this forum or elsewhere online?

I ran into the issue of Legacy mode recruits with 0 standing dunk and found out it was fixed in the patch, though I don't want to pay for Xbox Live just for a download file.

Can anyone point me to the location of the file available online?

I can transfer via usb and also have a memory card/usb device so any location or file type should be available.
