Need help filling out my pitching staff. 3 spots, 4 guys. Which one goes?

I just finished the Seaver collection and have used Harvey before so I'm comfortable having him as my worst starter. Now I have 4 total pitchers and only 3 spots in the rotation left.

The pitchers to choose from are Johnny Cueto, Jose Fernandez, Steven Strasburg, Jordan Zimmermann. I've used them all and its really hard to decide which one should be dropped. This is why Ive reached out to you guys to help me here!

It depends on how you like to play. I personally like high velocity and big break. That's why Strasburg and Chapman are my two favorite pitchers to use. Also pitchers with hard motions to pick up on. Out of those, for me I would drop Zimmerman. I'd pick Strasburg, Jose and cueto.

I would say that Jose and Stras are must haves out of those four. Like the previous poster mentioned, high velocity and movement makes for a great combo.
