This. Lol. Our tech support at work seems to do nothing but dick things up even worse than they already are.

They usually have to make two or three trips into the office (we're part of a cluster of offices, with tech support being housed in the main offices 45 minutes away), first time to identify the issue and maybe "fix" it. Otherwise, identify the issue, order the necessary parts, then come back a second time, usually a week later, to "fix" it. Then another week later, when there are still issues or they proceeded to screw things up even worse, come back a third time and MAYBE actually fix the bloody issue.

So yeah, anyone saying they're with tech support right off the bat, completely loses all benefit of the doubt from me as to their competence when it comes to tech issues.

Graphics files are pretty big. They addressed the facemask "issue".

Happens on PAT- my kicker is usually on the ground after being run into by his guard being pushed by the DT ..

Also seeing defenders get thru line on punts , namely ALL punt blocking formations

To avail, no blocks still lol
